Homespun partners with local Kauai thrift stores to collect unwanted and damaged clothing before it is sent to the landfill. These clothes are washed, cut, and then crocheted into beautiful, durable, one of a kind bags.
Missy Satterfield
Missy is an elementary school teacher on the south side of Kaua’i. She learned to knit and crochet in high school and has always had a project on hand ever since.
When she’s not teaching or crocheting, she loves to surf and work on projects at home with her husband.
